Neil is a partner and head of in Morgan Cole's insurance, health and regulatory practice, based in the Reading office.  He is client partner for two major insurer clients and five self-insureds.  Neil conducts cases, including multi-track employer’s, public and product liability personal injury claims (including disease claims) on behalf of general insurers.  He also officials indemnity claims on behalf of local authorities and property claims on behalf of insurers and adjusters.
