A team from our Corporate practice area has recently acted for Halarose Holdings Limited in connection with the management buy out of Halarose Limited for an undisclosed sum.

The Halarose business was established in 1978 and develops and supplies sophisticated election management software to local authorities in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The transaction was funded by the Co-Operative Bank Plc.
