Mark is an insurance partner based in our Bristol office, which houses almost 100 members of our insurance practice, and is experienced in a full range of catastrophic injury claims.

A graduate of Oxford University, Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1991. He worked at Bond Pearce in Plymouth and Bristol before moving to a niche large and complex loss practice in Gloucester in 2001. Mark led the relationship with two of the firm’s largest clients and conducted claims arising from injuries of the utmost severity.

Mark joined Morgan Cole with his entire team in 2008 from which time the team has gone from strength to strength. He continues to lead the firm’s relationship with two major insurers and reports direct to the Head Office Claims teams in both cases. 

Mark has lectured on a variety of topics including developments in prosthetics, the impact of Ogden 6 and Periodic Payments. He takes a lead role in the firm’s submissions to government on areas of law and practice governing large loss and complex claims.
