Liz is a commercial lawyer advising a range of public and private sector clients on information technology and healthcare issues. She has experience advising technology clients on a range of business law issues, including software development, licensing and e-business. Liz spent nearly three years working within the Department of Health, advising the Secretary of State and NHS commissioners on the procurement, implementation, management and termination of contracts as part of the Independent Sector Treatment Centre programme.
As a member of the Information Governance group, Liz has specialist experience advising on Data Protection and Freedom of Information issues.
