Paul is a partner in our corporate team, based at our Bristol office. He specialises in buying and selling businesses of between £1m and £15m deal size for owner managed businesses. His expertise of corporate transactions spans 20 years and covers a number of transaction types from simple business sales to more complex management buy-ins and buy-outs. He also advises on joint venture arrangements, group structuring and start-ups. Paul has helped a number of clients with re-structuring and equity funding arrangements.

Paul has worked with a number of well known Bristol based firms. He and his large family live in Bristol.
