Sarbjit qualified in September 2005 and undertook a role with a firm of Business Defence Solicitors acquiring experience in criminal litigation, the presentation of cases and the Defence of prosecutions brought by the CPS and the DTI.  He joined Morgan Cole in August 2007 and part of his workload involves the representation of defendants in cases brought under Road Traffic legislation. He has a working knowledge of road traffic law and is experienced in presenting his own cases and undertaking his own advocacy.
