Vrinda has considerable non-contentious experience including, drafting and approving professional appointments, collateral; warranties and other construction documentation.  Vrinda has also advised a number of corporate and banking clients on construction-related issues as part of the due diligence process on various corporate acquisitions.

Vrinda is a founder member of Morgan Cole’s Young Professionals in Construction, a networking group which has seen considerable success in the South Wales market since its inception in March 2007.
