Mark joined as an associate in Morgan Cole's corporate department in December 2006 and is primarily based in the Bristol  office.  He trained at Wilsons and moved to Clarke Willmott on qualification in 2002.  He has experience on a range of corporate matters with a particular emphasis on acquisitions and disposals, MBO's and MBI's
