Duncan has been appearing as an advocate at employment tribunal hearings since 1995 and has worked for Morgan Cole since 2001.   He has been involved in defending many complicated claims.   He also has vast experience of providing advice on HR issues.

Duncan also advises on immigration law and work permits in particular.
