Richard is an assistant in Morgan Cole's corporate department and is primarily based in the Cardiff office.  He trained at Morgan Cole and qualified into the department in September 2006.  He has experience on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals for both private and public companies, MBO's, MBI's and private equity work."
