Morgan Cole has promoted Matthew Smith to Partner in its Employment Pension and Benefits team in Cardiff.

Matthew enjoys wide experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment work and has advised a range of clients from diverse backgrounds manufacturing, banking, other financial services, retailing, regional government, NHS trusts, housing associations, local authorities and police.
