Matt Jenkins heads Morgan Cole's Employment, Pensions and Benefits Thames Valley practice

Hot on the heels of celebrating its 20th Anniversary in Reading, Morgan Cole Solicitors, the Southern England and South Wales law firm, has announced an appointment to further strengthen its position in the Thames Valley. Matt Jenkin has become Head of the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Benefits team in the Thames Valley.

Matt Jenkin has joined the firm’s Reading office as Partner, having previously worked at Wiggin LLP in Cheltenham where he was Head of its employment practice.

Matt Jenkin has dealt with a wide variety of employment law issues, including employment tribunal claims from straightforward unfair dismissal claims to more complex multi-day discrimination claims. He enjoys particular experience in advising US clients and counsel on employment law issues in the UK and in advising on employment aspects of company and commercial transactions.

He has acted for a number of senior executives including negotiation of service agreements and advising on termination issues. He has also appeared on radio and television and in print as an expert on employment law issues.
