Geoff specialises in banking and secured lending work as well as residential and commercial property development and investment work.   He acts for a number of financial institutions including HBOS, HSBC Bank, Principality Building Society, Julian Hodge Bank, Bank of Ireland, Bristol and West and Royal Bank of Scotland .   Geoff also undertakes much of the firms larger residential and commercial property development and investment work.
