Since qualifying in 1991 Siân has specialised in property litigation and now heads the Wales property litigation team. She has considerable experience in acting for commercial clients on 1954 Act matters, title issues and compulsory purchase. Recent instructions have included acting for a developer on a £20m site clearance and valuation of a ransom strip acquired under compulsory purchase legislation.
