John heads the firm's partnership law team. He has over 20 years experience in partnership matters involving the setting up, management, merger and dissolution of partnerships. Since introduction of The Limited Liability Partnership Act, John has handled the incorporation of a number of LLPs and the conversion of several partnerships to LLP status.

John also has many years experience of trading and distribution agreements and major commercial and franchising contracts. He is a member of the firm's specialist education sector practice.
