Justin joined Morgan Cole as a partner in January 2007. Prior to that he was a partner as leading technology firm, based in the City of London.  Justin's practice comprises advising users and suppliers of information technology, data protection and intellectual property matters. Significant matters include advising the BBC on its £2 billion information technology outsourcing to Siemens Business Services in 2004 and advising the Department of Health on the National Programme for IT in the NHS. He has contributed to numerous specialist information technology law and intellectual property law journals. He is also joint author of Electronic Government Law and Practice the first legal textbook on the Government's electronic agenda.
