Rhodri joined the firm shortly after qualification in July 2006.   Rhodri works with the Commercial Property team in Cardiff dealing with a broad range of general property work, including portfolio management, lettings, sales and acquisitions, secured lending and various support work. Rhodri works for private and public sector clients, which include various NHS organisations, the Welsh Assembly Government and local authorities.

Rhodri has provided property support on a number of corporate insolvency transactions, acting predominantly for appointed insolvency practitioners, but also for the other parties involved, from the purchaser/tenant acquiring a property interest to the landlord’s having to deal with an insolvent tenant.

Rhodri’s insolvency support work comprises of various aspects, from advising insolvency practitioners on the property vehicles available to realize security on, or release liability from, a property asset and completing the ensuing transaction, to advising landlords on their options in dealing with an insolvent tenant.
