Andrew 's specialism is  the resolution of construction, engineering and commercial property disputes by way of negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation, and he has over 30 years experience acting for a wide range of commercial clients.    Andrew is a CEDR accredited Mediator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.   Before joining Morgan Cole in 1999, he was a partner  at  City law firm  Simmons & Simmons  for many years.
