Andrew was previously a partner in Simmons & Simmons.   His practice covers the resolution of construction and engineering disputes by way of negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation and has over 30 years experience.   Some of his projects have included acting for a financial services company, major oil companies, a company in the paper industry and an IPP.   Andrew is a CEDR accredited mediator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
