Arfan is employed as a Litigation Executive conducting primarily defendant litigation on behalf of Insurance companies and their Insured. Compromising Personal Injury claims and Property damage claims in a cost effective manner. He deals with cases both   on a delegated authority basis and on a referral basis for insurance clients. His caseload includes small-track, fast track and multi track claims.

He also conducts Claimant litigation to recover compensation for Personal Injury, consequential losses, debt recovery and miscellaneous claims.
