David retired from the partnership in 2005, but remains a consultant to the firm.  Prior to joining Morgan Cole in 2001, he spent 22 years as an in-house legal adviser to Xerox Europe. His particular expertise is competition law, having spent four years with the Office of Fair Trading before joining Xerox. David works on a variety of commercial matters.
