David is an experienced Litigator used to providing practical and commercial advice to corporate bodies on disputes of all sizes. David is also a qualified Mediator. He advises trustees in bankruptcy and liquidators on procedural matters and on the wide range of issues that arise in insolvency proceedings, including questions of contract and property rights. He has attended football league tribunals and has experience of arbitrations. David also deals with factoring and invoice discounting matters.
