David is a very experienced Litigator, well versed in providing practical and commercial advice to corporate bodies on disputes of all sizes. He is also a qualified Mediator. David advises Trustees in Bankruptcy and Liquidators on procedural matters and on the wide range of issues that arise in insolvency , including questions of contract and property rights, specialising in contentious matters. He sat the JIEB in 2007.

In addition, David has particular in-depth knowledge and experience of the following contentious areas: Restrictive Covenants and Post-Termination Disputes, Corporate Disputes, especially warranty and indemnity disputes, derivative claims and completion account disputes, Banking and Finance related disputes including factoring and invoice discounting.
