Ian is an experienced employment lawyer who is able to provide advice to employers on various contentious and non-contentious employment issues. He advises organisations in both the public and private sector. He handles claims relating to discrimination issues, contractual disputes and other statute regulatory based claims including claims brought under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 and the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulation 1981. Ian has handled claims brought in a number of forums including the employment tribunal, high court and county court and has represented clients at mediations and internal hearings. Ian is also interested in training and has devised and contributed to a number of seminars and mock employment tribunals focusing on numerous current employment law issues.
