David has dealt with a wide variety of commercial disputes for both private and public sector clients across England and Wales. Disputes handled by David have included breach of contract claims, warranty claims, shareholder disputes, defective goods and services cases, defamation matters and partnership disputes. In addition to David’s extensive experience in the High Court, Mercantile Court and Commercial Court, David is also a qualified Mediator. He has spent time seconded to the Legal Team at the National Assembly for Wales and also organises and presents regular training seminars for Morgan Cole clients.
