Emma qualified into Morgan Cole’s Commercial Property Team in September 2005 having trained previously for two years at Morgan Cole.

Emma is instructed in relation to a wide range of commercial property work, in particular non-contentious landlord and tenant matters in both the public and private sector. Recent instructions have varied from dealing with a wide range of property matters for large public authorities to advising small family businesses on the sale and purchase of various properties.
