Geraint has extensive experience in dealing with general commercial disputes including breach of contract claims, sale and supply of goods and services claims, finance litigation, insolvency and debt recovery, enforcement of judgments, bankruptcy and winding up proceedings, intellectual property disputes , potentially defamatory documents and defamation claims and high level insurance related claims. Geraint is also a primary contact for sports disputes and litigation and has recently advised a premier european rugby club in relation to a player transfer.

Geraint is a qualified mediator and has mediated a wide range of commercial claims.  Most recently he has successfully mediated high value high court cases relating to construction and engineering, property and probate matters.
