Neil Forsyth has 19 years experience of handling claims for insurers and is the country’s leading lawyer and expert on defending credit hire claims. He was appointed by a group of 15 major motor insurers to run and co-ordinate the National Credit Hire Initiative which ran between 1999 and 2003.     In addition, he represented the Defendant in the leading credit hire case of Clark v Ardington Court of Appeal.   He runs a credit hire team of 18 fee earners.
