Peter is experienced in construction, projects and environmental law. Peter’s recent work includes acting for a major NHS Trust on a Department of Health national procurement scheme for diagnostic services, leading on a substantial student accommodation development project for a well established University, advising on a number of complex variations to a large nursing homes project on a PFI model. He recently acted for the Department of Health in settling construction disputes under a large scale clinical services procurement project. Peter also advises on contaminated land issues arising from the sale and purchase of commercial property. EIA’s, the appointment of environmental consultants and the enforcement of environmental warranties. Peter is currently advising the Welsh Assembly Government on a significant transport project and is a member of a legal team advising Severn Power on the procurement of a gas fired power station.

Peter is a committee member for the SW Wales Constructing Excellence Steering Group and the Association of European Lawyers Environment and Sustainability Special Interest Group. Peter also sits on the Advisory Board for Swansea College Finance Academy.
