Denis is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and has been in senior management and director roles for 30 years.

He joined Morgan Cole in 1999 as Senior Administration Manager and in early 2005 was appointed Human Resources and Administration Director taking on the responsibility for consultancy support to staff, managers, and partners, salary policy and reviews, HR policies and procedures, recruitment, training and development strategy, the appraisal system, and payroll and benefits whilst retaining his earlier responsibilities for administration, managing all office facilities, services and supplies, premises strategy, re-let properties, security and insurance.

He has a wealth of commercial experience gained as Practice Manager for Fishburn Boxer Solicitors, Commercial Director for Chiltern, a London based tax consultancy and Group Financial Controller for a major UK edible oil refiner and food packer. For 20 years he worked for Kraft Foods, progressing from Divisional Management Accountant, through various roles including UK Strategic Planning Manager to Commercial Director for the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Latin America Export Division centralized in London.

None of these roles matched scoring a 4 goals for Bolton Wanders against Manchester City in the FA Youth cup semi-final in 1962....!
