Jeff is a partner and one of the firm’s management team. He is responsible for IT services, e-business and knowledge management at Morgan Cole.

Having joined Morgan Cole in 1992 as a trainee. He qualified into the insurance business area where he acted for Morgan Cole's insurer clients, defending personal injury claims for eight years before establishing a business unit, the legal innovation team, who streamline legal processes for case management, automate documents and develop e-business ideas. Since January 2004 Jeff has been Information and Technology Director.

On the e-business front, Jeff has led the development of a multimedia e-learning product aimed at improving managers’ HR skills called employment@once. Jeff and the I&T group are engaged in other similar projects that assist in differentiating Morgan Cole by combining the firm’s legal expertise and use of technology to deliver legal services in an innovative way.
