Stephanie heads the Thames Valley Dispute Management Team.  With over 20 years experience of contentious practice, Stephanie has a wealth of experience of a wide range of commercial litigation instructions.  She has particular expertise in advising in relation to personal and corporate insolvency litigation, public law applications, applications for emergency relief and commercial/contractual disputes. Recent experience includes representing a college of further education in judicial review proceedings against its regulatory body and advising in connection with claims under the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations.  Stephanie is also currently handling disputes arising out of various sale and purchase agreements and warranty claims, Stephanie acts for a police authority in connection with various contractual disputes. She is regulary instructed by commercial clients to provide pre-action advice with a view to reaching a negotiated settlement short of proceedings.  Stephanie is also a member of the firm's specialist education sector group.
