Phil has been with Morgan Cole since 1983 and is a former Managing partner of the firm. He is a commercial property specialist with experience of large-scale public and private development work, joint ventures, regeneration projects and property transactions across South Wales. He is a former director of Cardiff City Football Club and now sits on the Board of Newport Unlimited Wales’ only urban regeneration company. Phil chairs Cardiff Pro-Help an organisation within BITC of professional firms who on a pro-bono basis, donate their time and expertise to disadvantaged community groups.
