Richard has worked in almost every area of private client work since joining the firm in 1974.  He currently heads up the probate trust, estate administration, wills and tax planning section of the private client team which is a cross-office team and necessitates him working in Oxford on a regular basis. 

Between 1987 and 2002, Richard was a partner in the defendant professonal indemnity (PI) team at Morgan Cole.  He is still responsible for arranging the firm’s PI cover and for dealing with any claims and complaints that are made against the firm.  In that connection, Richard regularly holds risk management training in-house.
