
Having spent over 15 years in London, Nigel moved his practice to Morgan Cole in 2001. He has acted for the Canary Wharf Group Plc for the last 14 years in the leasing of the retail areas within the Canary Wharf Estate in London’s Docklands. He also has a wide range of other commercial clients, including a number of retailers for whom he acts on store acquisitions and disposals.
Nigel acts for Eagle One Limited, the owners of three factory outlet shopping schemes at Festival Park in Ebbw Vale, Evesham Country Park in Evesham and Wilson Shopping Village in Salisbury. Together these comprise approximately 220,000 square feet of retail space.
