Jo specialises in advising on corporate support issues arising out of share and asset sale and purchases, outsourcing and PFI projects, particularly in relation to employment warranties and indemnities and TUPE issues.
She has wide-ranging experience, including advising public and private companies and public sector organisations on the introduction, review and harmonisation of new terms and conditions and employment policies, the introduction of new policy documents, such as equal opportunities and job sharing.
Jo also advises executives on termination agreements and advising employers on all aspects of employment law, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, equal pay, sex, race and disability discrimination, restructuring and organisational change.
