Simon has spent the last 20 years doing predominantly defendant personal injury work.  He specialises in occupational disease and higher value employers liability, public liability and road traffic accident cases. He is based in our Cardiff office and, in addition to leading the occupational diseases team, Simon is the Knowledge Management partner for general insurance.

Simon is the honorary secretary of the Welsh Personal Injury Lawyers Association and is listed in Chambers Legal Directory as a leading lawyer for defendant personal injury work in Wales. His occupational diseases team publish the much-acclaimed Guide to Occupational Diseases Claims Handling .
