Guy’s expertise is in the field of complex property acquisitions, disposals and management and the development of commercial property in both the public and the private sector, including transactions or projects which involve joint ventures between public and private sector organisations.  He has many years’ experience working for the public sector generally and for the NHS in particular, advising them on all their property matters including estate management, transfer of assets through merger, major capital schemes, town and country planning implications, commercial leases and donated assets.
